The individual listed as the person in responsible charge must be licensed in Ohio and have a valid seal on file. Additionally, the individuals in charge must download their signed seal and date with the following statement:

“With this seal I exercise direct control or the personal supervision of engineering work by a professional engineer or surveying work by a professional land surveyor on behalf of this business entity.”
